🐾 Meet Ollie – a gentle, intelligent soul looking for a second chance at happiness 💛

Ollie is nearly 2 years old and, despite a tough start in life, he’s blossomed into a lovely young dog with so much love to give. He’s looking for a patient and committed owner who can give him the one-on-one attention he truly deserves. 🏡

✅ Knows his basic commands

✅ Walks nicely on a lead with a Halti

🐶 Greets other dogs calmly – just needs a little reassurance at first

🐱 Ignores cats on walks – small furries and children are unknown

Ollie is happy being handled – whether it’s a body rub, having his paws touched, or even checking his teeth and mouth. 🦷🖐️ He loves being groomed and has become confident with nail clipping thanks to kind, consistent care.

His early life was sadly very difficult. Ollie arrived with signs of mistreatment, including an electric collar and baiting sleeve, and was especially sensitive around his back legs. 😢 But through gentle handling and trust-building, he’s made amazing progress. 🌟

When introduced to a new home environment, Ollie will initially be nervous but will settled in quickly – especially indoors. He takes treats gently and could live with a female dog after a successful introduction. Ollie seeks out companionship from his human visitors. 🐾💕

He hasn’t lived with children or small animals, so a calm, child-free home would suit him best. What Ollie really needs is a safe, loving environment where he can continue to grow and feel secure.

Ollie is only being rehomed due to a relationship breakdown – he’s not at fault, and he truly deserves a fresh start. ✨
