Humphrey is approximately 3 years old and came into our care after he had run out of time in the pound.

He’s quite typical of the Akita breed and can appear a little aloof. He’s not overly fussed about treats but loves a good fuss. He has learnt to walk nicely on the lead and enjoys a visit to the local parks with his human friends at kennels. He is a cracking lad and has really come along nicely in the last few months. He understands the stay command and is starting to learn more.

As Humphrey came from the pound, this means we have no history for him so will not place him with children under 13 years of age. No cats or small furries either please. He may be able to live with a nice natured spayed female dog after a successful introduction.

Humphrey is in kennels in Blackpool.
